SOMBRERO RESTAURANT LAWSUIT

Posted by: Brian Schaffer

Fitapelli & Schaffer has filed a lawsuit against Sombrero Restaurant, located in Times Square. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of two former waiters, who allege they were not paid minimum wage, overtime or spread of hours (one extra hour of pay per ten hour shift). In addition, our client claims he was fired after refusing to pay for a missing bottle of champagne. It is against the law to require an employee to pay for missing inventory, customer walkouts or breakages. If you worked at Sombrero, please call our firm to join the case.
