MAMA MEXICO LAWSUIT

Fitapelli & Schaffer has filed a Federal class action lawsuit against Mama Mexico, an upscale restaurant in New York City. Four female employees allege Mama Mexico violated the law by failing to pay them minimum wage and overtime.
