FRIENDLY’S LAWSUIT

Fitapelli & Schaffer, LLP filed a class action lawsuit against Friendly’s Ice Cream Corporation for failing to pay proper minimum wage, overtime, spread of hours and other wages at its Staten Island, New York location. Plaintiff alleges he was paid only 20 to 40 hours per week, even though he worked 60 to 80 hours per week. In addition, Plaintiff claims he was fired after having to go to the hospital, because he is a diabetic.
